The morrigan

 In ancient Irish mythology, the Morrigan, or Morrigu, was a female triad goddess most associated with battle and outcomes. Often said to take the form of a crow, she was thought to inspire warriors to do heroic deeds and to strike fear into the hearts of the enemy. The Morrigan was also said to be seen washing the bloodied armor of those soldiers fated to die.
